Refund Policy

Thank you, for purchasing course(s) from eUpskill. We are committed to provide our patrons a rewarding experience while they explore and assess our training certification courses. However, you may run into a situation where cancellation of a service or services is required. In that case, you are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds for Classroom Training/Instructor-led online training

  • eUpskill reserves the right to postpone/cancel or change the venue of a class or a similar event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor’s illness, or force-majeure events (earthquakes, floods, mass instability, etc)
  • In case eUpskill cancels an event, the total refund will be paid back to the user
  • Refund will not be awarded if cancellation is done within 7 days of an event
  • Canceling an event 7 days prior will incur a deduction of 10% of the total charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the user’s account

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

  • An administration fee of 5% will be deducted if the cancellation is done by the user within 48 hours of subscribing
  • No refund will be made if the user cancels session after 48 hours of subscribing
  • 50% of the total charges paid shall be levied as an administration fee in case of third-party courses (like MS Project and MS Share Point). The remaining amount will be remunerated if the cancellation has been done within 48 hours of subscription
  • No refund will be made after 48 hours of subscription

Refunds: Duplicate payment

  • After raising the issue of duplicate payment, Initiation of refund will be processed via the original payment within 5 to 7 working days
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund request receipt
